Privacy
Plain English about your information.
We collect what we need to book your session, charge you, and send the photos. Nothing else. No newsletter, no retargeting, no selling lists.
What we collect
- When you book: name, email, phone, the date you choose, and any notes you add.
- When you pay: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see your card number.
- When you visit the site: aggregated, cookieless analytics (Plausible) — page views and referrer, no personal data.
- When something breaks: server-side error logs that exclude your name, email, and notes.
Who processes your information
We use these services to run the booking flow:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Postmark — confirmation emails.
- HANDLED (gethandled.ai) — the booking platform powering this site.
- Vercel — site hosting.
- Plausible — privacy-friendly analytics.
Each handles your data under their own privacy policy. We don’t share booking information with anyone outside this list.
How long we keep it
Booking records stay on file for seven years for tax and dispute defense. Email deletion requests to the address below — we honor them within 30 days, with the exception of records we’re required to keep by law.
Your photos
Photos are yours when you buy them. Mike retains the right to use a small selection in his portfolio unless you ask him not to — just say so before or after the session and that’s the end of it.
